UK and ROI Delivery Information
Delivery is free to UK and Ireland on orders over £20.00
All orders below £20.00 in value will incur a charge of £3.50
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery and take an average of 3-7 working days from date of dispatch. But can take up to 10 working days.
Alternative Delivery Options
- Option 1 – Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Signed for will cost £4.50. Delivery will take an average of 3-7 working days from date of dispatch.
- Option 2 – Next Day Special Delivery. Your order must be received no later than 12noon and will cost £8.95. Orders placed Monday – Thursday will be delivered Next Day. Orders placed on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee this. They do guarantee delivery by the following Monday.
Next Day special Delivery is guaranteed by Royal Mail therefore Natural Complexions cannot be held responsible if they are unable to fulfil their promise. We will of course provide proof of postage.
All of the aforementioned recorded delivery options will require a signature. Please ensure there will be someone available to provide this. *See Below
Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate consignments.
Orders to UK addresses received by 2pm, Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. In the unlikely event that this is not possible we will contact you via email. Please note, we do not dispatch at weekends or public holidays and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes
European and the Rest of the World Delivery Information
European Delivery is at £5 for all orders. Free shipping does not apply to overseas orders. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail and will cost £8.95 . Delivery will take an average of 10 working days from date of dispatch.
*Important – Royal Mail Delivery to Neighbour
Please note, from the 1 October 2012 Royal Mail introduced a new system where that if you are not in at the time of delivery they may leave your parcel with a neighbour instead of returning to the collection depot. If this is not something you are comfortable with, you have to physically opt out of this at the link below and Royal Mail will send you a sticker to display in your window. Please be aware if you do not opt out of this service and you are awaiting a parcel it may have been delivered to a neighbour.
Natural Complexions Returns Policy
Natural Complexions will refund or exchange all products returned within 7 days of the purchase date if unopened and in perfect resalable condition. Refunds can only be made to the billing details provided when ordering.
If a purchased product has been used or opened then it will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Any item returned to Natural Complexions must be sent via a tracked delivery service, we recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Postage for Refunds/Returns is non-refundable. Postage will be charged on replacement items.
Any returned orders must be sent with the original outer packaging. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the products have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Natural Complexions at your own cost.
The goods must be returned to the Natural Complexions UK’s address as stated on our website within 5 working days of the day of giving written cancellation. You must ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified Natural Complexions that you are cancelling the contract, Natural Complexions will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your debit/credit card for the product.
Except in the case of faulty, damaged in transit or miss-described goods, if you do not return the goods as required, Natural Complexions may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
Please inspect goods fully on receipt and notify Natural Complexions within 24 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse the right to cancel the contract if the Products are found to have been used by you except where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than unsealing the goods.
Damages / missing products must be reported to Natural Complexions within 24 hours from receipt of the goods. Natural Complexions cannot accept responsibility for damages / missing products reported after this period.
We will refund the purchase price in full, plus the cost of return packaging, if the return results from an error made by us, or from a defective item.
Sometimes a product will not be available, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation policy above. We will refund the purchase price in full, plus the cost of return packaging.
In the case of a parcel being returned to Natural Complexions due to the customer not collecting from their postal office / depot, a re-delivery price will be charged to re-send the parcel.
If a product is to be returned due to a reaction caused to the skin, the decision to accept a return is at Natural Complexions discretion In the instance of seeking a refund or exchange due to a product reaction, Natural Complexions cannot consider this unless a Product Reaction Authorisation Form has been completed in full with accurate information. Any products returned will be sent to the manufacturers for testing and must be returned at the customers own cost.
